Amazing geese setup place

I wanted to share my favorite goose spot for those having hard time finding any. In this field I have geese coming in all the time. I've shot around 20 or so in an hour and it's really nice.

What about hunting pressure, do you guys relocate when it is bright pink, or do they still land there? And at what time of the day do you feel they are the most active?

the hunting pressure doesnt seem to have much of an effect here, the goose will land, but sometimes they´ll immediately start again.
If you´re hunting with the new dlc shotguns you shouldn´t have any trouble shooting down one ore two, even if they don´t stay.

FYI the spot directly south of that one, across the river, with the deer stand is excellent as well.

Is there a specific time frame?

I see geese almost constantly, WHEN i dont want too..

Soon as i get my setup, decoys, tent all up and running.......nada.

Just look ingame for Codex>Fauna and you can see every information you need about the animals.

Doesn't seem to matter how much hunting pressure there is. They have never failed to show up there for me. There will be several minutes of silence, then 3 or 4 flocks will fly by and almost always one of the flocks will break and come in. Bang, bang. Collect two geese, rinse, repeat. It's a real quick way to get consecutive harvest back to 100%.

Do I need to save up to get the goose caller for this to work? I have tried and I don't seem to get any geese to land.

The caller will definitely make life easier. When you hear them start calling and keep calling until they break and start coming in. Once they start coming in stop calling or you could spook them, especially if the hunting pressure is high.
