I mean that's not a big deal, if you imagine how big the suns might have been.
Even with moose or bears I have the biggest problems to hit anything. It's very inaccurate.
The only thing that helped me a little was training at the shooting range (as you already did) but the closest target is about 50m, so I spent lots of arrows and still I am not successful with it. I only use that chineese trash bow, when the target is about 20m away. So if an animal is 20m away, aim underneath the knees and you might hit it. I am very disapointed concerning that chineese bow.
It's totally different from all recurve bows I know and totally behaving different compared to all recurve bows in TheHunter classic.
The worst weapon amongst all weapons they offer.
And by the way, I do not understand, why they created a chineese bow, while not having a chineese map. A good and traditional longbow used by the native alaskian indians would fit to the game.
There was someone not thinking, when he ment to develope a traditional bow and added it to the game.
Well try hard, but I promise you you won't have much fun with it.
I hope they somehow will re-do this bow or create the trad. longbow that works exactley like the bow in TheHunter classic.
I doubt they will do anything to these bows . They are meant to be just like they are .
I went and looked at some videos on YT and will practice what they showed .
I might just get it , in the long run and with some actual shooting .
I've given up on it though.
I will use it for a while still .
thx to all
About twelve ridges up is the center-line on a 1920x1080 monitor. FoV doesn't matter at it doesn't change the view of the arms and weapons
A good way to learn with the bow is to trim a dot of stickypad and stick it to the monitor when you have a scope raised. The very center of the crosshair is the center of your screen.
Now, raise your recurve bow and see where that dot lines up compared to your knuckle and the twelfth (or between the sixth white and sixth black) wrap. Or guesstimate to the top of the bottom 1/3 of the wrap
That is your aiming point of reference before adjusting for yardage.
Basically, in the image below, you aim where the handle of the weapon cache is located.

I am managing very well presently , just by using the centre of my screen for reference . Been dropping them pretty easy an fast .
