Grand Slam - Hunters must harvest four different North American Sheep; The Bighorn, Dall, Desert and Stone sub-species.
OVIS World Slam - Hunters must harvest twelve sub-species of sheep from around the world. Too many to list.

Turkey:
Grand Slam - Hunters must harvest the four most common sub-species of the American Wild Turkey. Those being the Eastern, Merriam's, Osceola and Rio Grande sub-species.
The Royal slam is the above, plus Gould's sub-species
The World Slam is the Royal plus the Ocellated sub-species.
U.S. Super Slam - Harvest a single turkey in every state, excluding Alaska.
Canadian Slam - Harvest an Eastern and Merriam's in any Canadian Province
Mexican Slam - Harvest Gould's, Rio Grande and Oscellated in Mexico only.
Black Bear:
Grand Slam - Hunters must take all four color phases of the species: Black, Blonde, Chocolate and Cinnamon.
Multi-Species:
North American Super Ten - Hunters must harvest one animal from the ten major big game species. Antelope, Bison/Muskox, Bear, Cat, Deer, Elk, Caribou, Goat, Moose and Sheep.
North America Super Slam - Hunters must take 29 big game species native to North America. Too many to list here.

That's one of those things where it will take a lifetime to do. There's only ten or eleven people who've done it. And it would cost a small fortune in travel fees, license fees, etc. Not to mention the costs of guides if you go that route.
And the whole fact that some of these animals are so difficult to hunt that you may never actually get one.
There is a fantastic book written by one man who has done it. It's a bit pricy, but very well written and super interesting. Absolutely recommend it.
