My event .270 is missing?

I claimed the .270 this morning, it was in my invntory. when i came back from work this afternoon is gone....i check the shop said that i have not unlock it. but from the event page it showed i have already claimed. Anyone have the same issue? Developer i need your help to fix this dumb bug.

Those who are unable to unlock the .270 Stradivarius: are you able to claim rewards from daily events? If so, can you confirm that you are positively receiving XP or money from the events and not just getting a pop-up? Any help in this matter is very appreciated.

For the most part I haven't had issues with the daily events. I think I've only had one or two instances where I wasn't getting the money or XP from the dalies, or the pop-ups. Not getting the .270 was the first big reward where it said it was claimed but nothing popped-up saying I got the reward.

I agree wilth what you are saying, I was just looking for a simple quick solution for those of us that did participate to get our guns back. I put a lot of time in playing multiplayer ( which normally I don't do because i like to work on missions ) just to help us ALL get this gun, I'm just dissapointed a lot of us had it then lost it. Seems to me a quick fix would be unlock it in the store for a short time and then close it again, but I'm not a game dev so what do I know.

i can claim rewards and xp from the dailies but as stated by others above i claimed it and logged off having never equipped it so now its gone after i logged back on but tells me i claimed it in the community tab and congrats etc.

same here.i had it then had to start a new game and now its locked in the store.cant even buy it.0/0 so theres no rifle points to even unlock it.

I meet someone who was obiously hacking the game. Luckily he admited that he is using a hack tool and we had a short chat about it. He showed me some possibilites of the tool. Flying, fast running, freezing animals etc. But the most interesting thing is that he said he is able to unlock everything in shop.-> Also the stradivariuos .270 - so whatever this tool does: unlocking the event gun should be just some minutes of programming. I mean also DLC´s and Ghillie suit are already account related. it cant be such heavy to assign the gun to our accounts and unlock it.
Please do your work and fix it! ty

Honestly who care who gets it. Not like it is that special of an item or status symbol. It is just a reskin of an existing gun.

I participated and got the weapon and I did not get the problem of it disapearing and still use it but I for one do not care if they open it up to everyone to claim because of this bug.

Then again I am not one for ego tripping/e-peening on items I get in a game nor one for caring about achievements or anything like that. I just want to get into the game and play and who cares what anyone else has.

I restarted to try the buggy Taiga map where the Riendeer have Rocket Boots... Wanted to go for that Shotgun thats only on that map. Lost my Stratus..... It was a pretty good gun, but the other 270 should be just as good.

i lost not only the 270 from the event i lost the whole game its not letting me do multi or continue it wants me to start over ,so i do i go to the first out post and see i lost my 270 ,it tells you i claimed it but its not unlocked on the page,whats funny is i was using it the last few days until this crash and now everything is reset

As i stated previously i had successfully claimed the rifle, when the target was hit, while we still had time on the countdown. However I never equipped it, It stayed in storage, but then i logged in and found it gone, and my account had reset to as if i hadnt earnt it.

Yep this is exactly what mine looks like, all 3 screenshots. And you did the same as me, claimed it but never equipped it. Thanks for posting these hopefully the devs will fix it

I'm curious; didn't they say when this event started that even just ONE 1-shot kill (harvested during the event) would count? As long as you got at least one during the event, the rifle was yours, isn't that supposed to be the case? Making sure I understood how this worked.

Thought so. Thanks. Definitely the case, as it says so right in the original event announcement:

"To participate in the community holiday event, simply launch or join a multiplayer game and harvest an animal that was downed by a single shot. Once the community has contributed 200,000 harvests, every player will receive this brand new rifle."

Got a few when I jumped in to do it when it started, so I'm definitely good.
