Which Avalanche studio is in charge of JC4?

Just out of curiosity, and because I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere - is JC4 being developed by Avalanche Stockholm or Avalanche New York? We know that Generation Zero is being made by a new sub-studio in Sweden and it would make sense for Rage 2 to be developed by Avalanche Stockholm (since they were the ones who made Mad Max). So does that mean that JC4 is in the hands of the NY studio?

Actually, that's the point. There are at least 3 different divisions of Avalanche Studios, each developing their game separately. I wanted to make sure which one is making which game now. The development of those games does not interfere with each other.

just cause 2 is one of my favorite games, and 3 felt nothing like it, the map was boring and the performance atrocious

Exactly this, sadly. JC2 is one of my fave all-time games. Got JC3 on release - and it was so dull, and it was so badly optimised for PC.

It is the New York team though to their credit they have made a real point that making a more varied map has been a priority this time and they have the game on an entirly new engine which will hopefully help with the performance issues.

JC3 still runs like garbage on my 3570k, R9 380 and 8GB of ram which was the reocmmend ammount pre-release. Rather then fixing their game they just increased the requirements. But it doesn't matter. Just Cause 3 is objectively more bland then Just Cause 2 in terms of terrian layout and I'd aurge story as well.
