Weapon cleaning kit price adjustment

I have not yet fully checked since last update, so this is based on previously known prices.

Weapong cleaning kit is $6000 average.
It can fix 100 points of any gun.

A poorly looted rifle at 37% can be repaired for this amount, while it costs $11000 brand new.
No need to buy new guns.

IMHO, cleaning kit should be $9000 instead (maybe more).

As I will never use a WCK on common weapons, it should cost like a brand new RARE weapon.
Yes, you still need to find the rifle, but I can pay even 15k for a WCK to fix a good assault rifle or a sniper one.

It can cost even 20k, but I will still buy it. It's like 2 hours of play, not that much.

Traders turn many game mechanics/aspects upside down.
I think that a car should cost 250k and a good weapon 80k+.

This might be the point, to encourage you to go out looting because it's cheaper instead of just buying a gun.
