Boil water...

Just picked this game up. This game has been out for how long and there's no option to boil water? One of the pinnacles of survival isn't present. Very odd.
I have a pot. I have a bottle of water. I have a fire. But completely absent option to boil it...?

When they introduce the poisoned fountains / rivers and water related diseases, I bet they will introduce ways to purify the water, including boiling.

Jan 3rd 2025. Happy new year. I run a search to see how i can clean the dirty water from the pond at D2 and it lands me here.. So I suppose there's STILL no way of cleaning it... why put a pond of dirty water when there's still no means to clean it???!?

Because the devs are dragging their feet. Any EA title with DLC is usually quite scammy and slow in development. This game has been in development for years with a competent team, yet they're just painfully slow at adding real content.

Good ideas, right there. We can make tea, coffee, why no simple boiled wasser?
