M1 Garand Experimental Sights

Would it be possible to have the experimental sights be fully functional please? The actual prototype acts like a regular scope, except without magnification. It's funny because the in-game model of the scope have the windage and elevation knobs, but don't do squat. It really is more than just a metal tube.
