Remember when you could actually chop puppets and eat them, basically rendering any other food source useless? We do care about such things and we will change them with time!
Yes I agree, hunting wild game is certainly worth the time and effort, and tracking them is a nice touch. And i do remember when you could hack puppets and eat their meat and I'm glad that was removed as well.
I've stalked, tracked, and taken down wild game with a bow in SCUM, so a rifle is not required to obtain animal hide. It is a bit harder and takes longer but is satisfying when you finally down your quarry.
Thanks for considering removing the ability to craft leather items with human skin. i hope that happens sooner than later.
I hope we see 2 version of those items on prorpely made of leather and the other improvised with cloth for getting started.
Maybe if they had to actually hunt for leather, they would turn up the wildlife spawns. +1 > -1,000,000
