[Mechanic] Excess vitamin fix
In reality, having too much of a certain vitamin or mineral within the body, ends up getting peed out or pooed out. In fact, sometimes if you have too much of a certain vitamin, you will get diarrhea. This would be a good way to fixing players getting hundreds more of a vitamin or mineral than necessary. The only way to get ill symptoms from vitamins would be taking supplements. By eating food and drinking, you will flush it out before any negative affects occur.

Realism is a big part of the game and sorry to inform you, it will get worse. Much much worse, at least for you. Just wait for illness, cooking, hygiene, and medical skill get added or improved. Always a good idea to read up on what you buy, and also a good idea to read the rules before you -1 someone's post. This game is a hardcore survival game at it's core, not a BR as it is right now. Devs have confirmed that this will change.

im not realy sure but its not unusuall in RL that you get much much more vitamins with your nutrition than you need even if there is an industry whos telling you to take some pills in addition. some vitamin overdose could get problematic as you said but i think 328% overtake youve most constantly in game arent realy a problem. Its a very interesting concept to take care of the whole metabolism thing but tbh i wont spend 80% of the time to get the right nutrition. a bit more fixing the system and maybe a good guide if it works, so you be able to keep it up right without having a PhD in nutrition would be nice.

Yeah, sorry about the -1, just read the SCUM forum rules and Yep, i should just ignore your suggestion. (Yeah, my bad)

But, after read this i seach again about those changes and about the game becomes ultra-realistic, i can't find anything about this.

Nothing on the roadmap nor even on the game store page, can you point me the directions please?

I do not regreat my purchase for sure, specially now that i have read (again) the Roadmap i don't see anything like this in there =D

Read the early access section on the steam store page for SCUM. It clearly outlines what the game is and will be. Also there is the official website and just following the devs through interviews and steam responses.
