Not sure if i like the idea of selfmade scopes.
Maybe if the later weaponbalance show it makes sense
But i wouldnt add it before the game is near its final survival balance
Scopes are pretty high precision devices, and need to work consistantly even after the large shock of recoil, from firing.
If you put a scope designed for .22LR on a .30-06 rifle, you can literally break the scope from the G-forces of the recoil... Keep in mind, those are modern manufactured scopes... Now imagine how flimsy a makeshift one would be... I'm not really keen on the idea, especially because they just added scopes for essentially all the weapons, already. K98, .22LR both have scopes now. SVD and AK have multiple options. M4 can use ACOG, I believe. So apart from not being incredibly realistic, it's not even that necissary.
