Base Wall Repair/Degradation
The base building so far is great . I'm sure devs are busy fixing more pressing bugs at the moment but I still want to bring this to the table:
With the hotfix after the introduction of base building there has been a reduction of the logs needed to build a base wall.
This was fine with me as hurling around these is a pain without a Pickup. The thing is now: To repair the wall you'd still need one log for each pole to repair it every now and then. This makes the upkeep of a large base neigh impossible without spending most time fixing things even for an organized group.

I have two suggestions how to make this somewhat more convienient:

Every single pole can be damaged and repaired individually to 100% with the help of a log as it is. On top of that I'd like to see implemented that every single pole can be repaired to 50% by pressing "F" just like chests can be restored, no resources needed.

Or

Bind up to maybe ten poles together so they need one log to fix them all. so you need 5 logs to fix a 50 pole long wall part.

So in every care things degrade to zero if not tended to at all.

Also it'd be nice to see ropes beeing needed for wall construction and maintainence. The pole models are actually also missing ropes in the upper part to bind them together.

I must be republican voter because I talk about walls all the timeXD


I get that this first implementation of base building and that there might be some feature to make things a bit more convinient in the works, but I still wanted to push this simply because I have waited so long for this feature back in DayZ and am now quite hyped to have it and to see it develop further.
