DOuble locked lockers?

Take out bobby pin, craft lock pick, lock pick locker. Locker remains locked. Lock pick a second time, and it then becomes searchable.
Did this on every locker in the Police Station. I can still pick them, but to have to use up lock picks and screwdrivers twice for every lock?

Did you lockpick these exact lockers before in your SP game session?

I have picked these lockers multiple times. But this is the first time I have picked them after the latest bug fix patch. And its a new profile.

I have had the same behavior, in single player. After this happening with several lockers in a row, re-logging seems to fix it for the remaining lockers in a room. I'm not sure if the fix sticks for other locations with lockers while in the same play session.

This is still in issue in multiple locations in SP. Relogging did not fix it.
