Some quests bugged/incomplete?

So I'm glad that not all quests are fetch quests, but I'm a bit confused on 2 that I found:
- Safety First (check telephone booths)
- Making a buck (sabotage air conditioners)

I tried interacting with the telephone booths & the air conditioners I have found in all manner of ways and nothing seems to be working. I tried interacting, throwing stuff at them, shooting them, punching them etc. The descriptions are also very vague. Has anyone completed any of these or have any tips? Or are they bugged/not implemented yet?

Yep. I tried that, there was no interact prompt, but I tried pressing F close to them and nothing happened. Maybe worth mentioning I was playing Singleplayer, not sure if it works or not in multi.

I'll see if I can find such a quest and if that's the case for me aswell. It'll take a while though.

i have done the quest making a buck with no problems (multiplayer)
but my problem is the quest island communication is a tear 2 quest from general trader in my case it was from z3 traider check satelites which are on the roof of the bank in z3 outpost which you cant reach and you have to look for the generator in b2 airfield i searched through the hole area which is marked on the map every hangar every building and there is no generator to check on or to interact with

How did you do the making a buck quest?

i do all my quest in z3 i've done most of the conditioners in the z3 outpost zone and the rest of them i do it in rogoznica they are at some houses and some of them only accessable from the roof tops and than i stared at them and pressed f

and my quest is already completet in singleplayer some objectives are not accessable but in MP it is

im also doing safety first quest in SP, found 2 phone booths but no option to interact with them at all.
Currently at the 2 phone booths in A2 town in front of the church, but as said no interaction option
Moved to large coastal town in z3 (i think it was) no interaction available on phones

The medical quest for "search fountains" might be another again in SP,
took the quest then went to multiple fountains and other water sources but no option to search for anything, just drink/check appears

I've had this issue in SP with the "just a conspiracy" quest from c2 doctor. Tried a couple of chalices in 2-3 churches but no interaction except for "search" possible.

this is not only in sp also in mp

same with the tier 2 quest "the blues": the police stations are even marked on the map, but I can't do any interaction with the satelite dishes.
seems like most non-fetch quests are affected.

It seems like it. I tried what SolidSnake suggested and there is no interact prompt with the air conditioners. However, when I press F while looking at them, the center dot does disappear as if a context menu should appear, but it doesn't. which tells me that it's a bug.
