i keep getting a black screen on start up

i start the game it shows the eac loading screen then just goes to a black screen. ive verified files, updated my nvidia driver to version 576.02, deleted backup files in saved folder. im on a 12th gen i5 with a rtx 3060ti with 64 gb ram on a samsung odessey 42" monitor resolution set to 5120x1440. played on this set up a few months ago and it always ran fine. need some help fixing this issue.

Does the EAC loading bar actually complete loading or does it not even start loading?

Try a driver rollback to a previous driver version to see if that helps.

Yes the EAC loading bar completes then it says waiting for game. it shows the game running in task manager. reverting my graphics driver wont help because i first encountered this problem on the previous driver version then updated to the latest version to see if that might fix the problem. my buddy is running 576.02 and isnt having any problems. not sure what to do at this point. ive uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing seems to work. i just rented a Gportal server last sunday and i cant even get the game to start up.

Try a driver rollback just for the sake of testing. There have been reports that the latest driver is causing some problems. I can't say whether this applies to all models, though. Therefore, a test here would be really helpful to see if this already represents a first solution (to narrow down the actual problem somewhat).
