I know, I didn't design or implement it, but that's how it is for now.
but good news everytime you do cut the engine like that you get a good chunk of skill
if his skill is low for bikes it could be hes getting lucky and not stalling "easier" bikes to use
and he could have a higher car skill and not experience stalls
dirt bikes and cruisers are under motorcycles
As you go up in skill levels, you start them up faster, have less stalls, will have a slight increase in top speed.
Dirt bikes and cruisers do not need a battery to start, they kick start. You do need a battery to use a head light.
They had that at the start of the game and it was really bad without at least basic or medium but they have made it A LOT easier no with no skill.
