Quest Bug

I find my quests are bugging out, I did t1's for my c2 traders 2 days ago and were meant to be refreshed by 6pm (server restart time) yesterday, so 24 hours. Yesterday I did some quests for b4 traders as I was locked out of c2, got to the point the limit had been reached for b4.

I log in today and find my c2 traders STILL have a 24 hour cooldown. Thats 3 frickin days I wont be able to do quests for them because the timeout "refreshed".

This is a server that has usually 30-50 people on during prime time so not sure if that has anything to do with it, they are at standard 3 quests per trader per timeout cycle.

Hey mate i just joined the official discord as you instructed in the steam post to my quest bug
So the community server i play on did the soft wipe and i started going about doing the quests after i got my car. I finished 6 total quests after a few restarts (server restarts every 6 hours), I then had a timeout of about 5:24 (5hrs 24min) so I pulled an all-nighter to play until 2/3am when it was due to roll over. 12am was the last restart before that so I figured it would unlock during regular play, I checked my jounral after having been parked up looting A0 bunker for a few hours to fill my ranger and they still all showed 3/3. I went to the trader to sell when the ranger was full at 4am and all the traders showed that they hadn't unlocked new quests but had rolled over the lockout for another 24 hours from the time when they were meant to be ready again, effectively locking me out of quests for a day or so real time.
I record all my gameplay so I could upload the videos if you needed that as well but it wouldnt show any logs just my regular gameplay grind of seeing the quests timed out and then going back to see the extra long timeout

I am starting to wonder if the 24hr lockout happens/refreshes if you are online when the quests are due to refresh. Because every time it has happened I have been online waiting for it

can confirm, logging off just before the global quest reset allowed them to reset, so i believe its a issue with players with an online status while the quest reset is trying to roll over

Any update on this? I'm having the same issue. For the last week when I log in and check trader quests they are reset to 24 hours.

Still not fixed. A friend I'm playing with has the very same problem at the moment on a Official PvE Server.
