Possible Bug - More than just metabolism

UPDATE: Exhaustion is turned off on the server I'm on.

As others have said before the metabolism system is completely borked. Further, I've noticed that once a player obtains all the new "buffs," they remain no matter what.

Poor diet? No problem, here's your buff.
no diet and starving? no problem, here's your buff.
have nothing but sugar and fat in your system and only half the vitamins you need? No problem, here's your buff.

Finally, if I want to load carbs or fiber, I need to go F myself, because carbs and fiber, according to the system, are verboten.

Devs, while the metabolism system is obviously broken, it's extending to the buff system as well. Please review.
