But you dont really need to jack up the quad as the video says, just go prone behind the quad and look there, the battery is just under the seat and gives the option to remove or install if you have one on you or the compartment has one installed.
If nothing it might be bugged like he says on the video. Not seen a bugged quad myself yet.
Also you could try to take apart the whole quad until the battery is clearly seen. Starting with all the lights and such.
The battery is very hidden, I thought that because you can't get on the quad it was buggy. I think the developers should change that because otherwise it would be confusing
