twig support frame with small wall

before we had no problems building a twig support frame and a small wall in the same place to make one wall. this is no longer possible for some reason, this drasticly reduces the varaity of buildings we can make

Hey, thanks for reaching out. Do you mean building small wall on top of twig support frame?
I've just tried this and I've encountered no issues, if you could please record a short video clip showing us the issue - that would be of great help.

Its not a bug, its patched out of game, building small walls into Frames or Door-frames. All for PVP, nothing for PVE /RP. Hallelujahhhhhhhh

Not ontop. Before you could have a half wall inbetween the poles of the support frame wich gave a nice and clean look for porches and such.
Now you can't anymore.

Not on top, but between the posts of the support frame, it used to be possible to make houses that resemble ranches.
Now this has become impossible and the beauty of construction has lost a lot.

Why did this need to be changed? Firstly, not everyone wants to play PvP, and secondly, such construction did not provide any significant advantages.

I was building a house before the update, but even at that point, it wasn't possible. This is unrelated to the matter, but trying to build a room on the second floor results in the first floor being full of pillars, and I find the limited freedom in building disappointing.

This link shows what the OP is talking about. We were able to blue print a double door or twig frame with a short or half wall in the same location creating large windows or balconies. Even though the frame shows red once the wall is completed the frame turned green and could be completed.

Bases now looking the same, like a bunker. Patching out everything what ppl liked to build some different bases etc.
No Option in Settings for private Servers, nothing.
And new BB Elements coming soooooon (or as DLC)

This is not intended, we're looking into the issue and will hopefully have it fixed shortly.

Rather then having to go some round about way to getting this why not just add the base element. The windowed wall sucks tbh. Probably needs a bit lower and only really gives upward angles. If you want downward ones you have to place a bench or something to stand on, and even then it sucks. IN truth we need more options to shoot out of the base.
