Duplication Glitch

Put some items in a Hiking Backpack and then (try to) empty it in a quad. It's been constantly happening to me for a while now.
There might be another way to do it (other vehicles, backpacks) but I barely started surviving in this new world so I don't know...

How to stop it from happening: dropping the backpack and equipping it (after emptying it at least once)

Duplicate Inventory

Ive been seeing dupes when my inventory is open, whatever I had in hand or on ground at server restart / reset become 2x the items. Including items in pockets or pouches when in hand or on ground

I found Glicth where u can Duplicate guns ammo ext ext even if the server dont crash

I saw some guy streaming and showing how easy it is to dupe items with vehicles. You can trick the UI with the item placement and just dupe it easily.
