how do i close anticheat expert

every time i try to open the game it says i need to close anti cheat expert before playing the game. i have tried everything i could find

It would be best to check which software ACE is coming from (ACE = Anti-Cheat-Expert).

Here you can check whether the software is still running in the background or not. (If the application that ACE accompanies is no longer running but is still listed, you should contact the developers of the program that is causing the problem.)
