Render / Texture / Stuttering issues since hot fix

Hi guys, Im currently playing on a server with 30 players and everyone is discussing how there is a weird constant stutter, textures and things loading closer and it feel likes rendering is an issue. I have a good pc build

Im seeing lots of people saying the same since hot fix, also on other servers

Unfortunately, it's hard to say without more information. Could you perhaps create a video of what's happening? The server provider and server name would also be very helpful, as well as the exact hardware.

This information is very useful and necessary, as otherwise it's pretty much a guessing game about possible causes, as there could be a whole host of them, from missing server restarts to much deeper problems.
