Problem with server login

Has anyone faced the issue of logging into the server? You can hear the sounds of your friends running around, but the character doesn’t load, and after 3-5 minutes, you get kicked out with a "timeout" message. Is it possible to fix this somehow? I’ve uninstalled the game, Windows is updated, and drivers are also updated.

A ping of 24 certainly should not present any issues.

It sounds like you did at least some of it, but be sure to follow the steps in basic troubleshooting:

I'm not sure why a specific account wouldn't be able to connect to the server, one thing that is coming to my mind is the specifications of the PC and the location that you were disconnected at. If you are surrounded by a lot of BB elements and storage containers it's possible your PC isn't able to process everything in a timely matter and server issues you disconnect before your connection is established.

If you post your system specifications here, the Devs (and others) will have better insight into what might be going on.

Edit: Has this issue persisted after a server restart? There may be a lot of items floating around in your immediate vicinity. Just a thought.
