Hello, this is an issue that happens when the client doesn't get the response from master server, most of the times issue here is your internet connection, please make sure that your internet working fine. :)

it's nothing on my end that i know of, but i can't see other servers either. i suspect it to be on their end as well, only way i'm about to join them is every time i change the UPnP on my router several times until it joins them.
i'm able to join any other server just fine after changing the UPnP a single time.

I have the same problem for three days now, I did everything I could, the error of "Failed to get the list of server information (0x0109)" and also of "(0x0103)" also appears "Lost connection". Before it worked normally, but now I can't play multiplayer, only solo.

"most of the times issue here is your internet connection"

Did the developer really try to say the server list isn't showing up because of player connection.
Yea we are able to high speed download the game install it and run it but the connection isn't good enough to retrieve the server list. that makes total since :steamfacepalm:

same here, i've been getting 0x0103 now as well along with 0x0108 and 0x0109.
i'm still able to play multiplayer but after trying like 2 - 5 times.
and every time it comes up with code 0x0108 or 0x0109 i have to restart the UPnP which resets the internet.

Hello there, I had this issue, JUST FIXED IT...Go to your windows firewall settings, allow an app through windows firewall and select scum under your library directory...it will show up as "Easy Anti-Cheat Bootstrapper (EOS)", allow public and private, restart game, and that worked for me...hope this works for you guys!

Hello, please try these steps, as they have been useful for others:
1. restart your PC and modem/router
2. try flushing your DNS
- open Start Menu, type this: cmd
- select Command Prompt (run as administrator), then agree to allow changes
- in the Command Prompt window, type this and hit Enter: ipconfig/flushdns
- you will receive a message which says it was successful
3. try using a VPN and see if anything changes (if it does, it is likely a network/ISP issue)

Those are good ways to resolve the issue, let us know if any of those worked.

Thank you for letting us know, I would suggest checking with your ISP if there is anything blocking traffic that might cause this.
