Did you convert the music using a tool or just changed the ending to .wav?
Maybe you can try with another convertion Tool and also you can try out to convert to .flac format if this is maybe working better. I will try later to see if there is something maybe not working.
I had something similar with convertion tools. Not all of them do convert but just rename the file. While it works in some cases its not a convertion at all, hence the advice for another tool. The .flac worked on my end aswell as the .wav files.
"goldwave" should be able to convert all the formats correctly but you may need to pay for it
depening on their current shareware version policy

No, but if you put in too large files they may not work. Also you should not get above 1GB in total. My current SCUM playlist is with around 48-52 Tracks below 1GB (I think im at 500+mb)
