Single player Admin commands for #setattributes

so how do I get the #setattributes command to work? I want to play and test out different builds or just go all out and see whats worth levelling up. I havent experienced cooking, fishing, and various other things in the game yet but would like to give it a try at the different basic, medium, advance levels to see the differences. Any help is appreciated and hope to see you guys on the Island xD!!!

You can't. Those are reserved for the devs. Others have asked, and who knows what will happen in future, but for now they're a no-go.
