Flickering probably due to cloud shadow

I have a very annoying and non-constant bug (the best one I know) where I think the cloud shadow turn ON and OFF non stop, creating an unbearable flickering. I'm happy I don't suffer from epilepsy!
Again, it seems random, so very hard to repro. Video card updated, using a RTX 3080 from EVGA. I played with shadow quality from the cloud, played with the cloud quality settings, nothing changed. I also played with DLSS settings, nothign worked. I thought it was starting after I was minimising the game to go on the other monitor or in DIscord for example, nothing constant on that side, it happens anyway. Discord overlay is OFF too. I'm out of option.
Next I feel would be to delete any folder where the shaders are stored or any .ini files? But I don't know which one without hurting the game's installation.

Can you please tell us your system properties in full? A video of what is happening would also be very helpful to see what is going on.

But first you should run the Basic Troubleshooting to see if the problem can be solved there.

You can upload it to YouTube or Vimeo, for example, and make it private. If you've already done that, it's best to join Discord and submit the video to a developer. :)

I did it in the scum-bug-reports channel on the SCUM Discord page. Is that ok ? I linked this page too and the youtube video is in there. I made it public, there is nothing to hide there anyway :)
