Game not starting - missing dll files

The game states that it is missing msvcp140.dll and also some other run time 140 dll file.... is it fixable or should I request refund for the game?

Hello :),

Please try the following:

• Press Windows key and type cmd
  
• Right-click on 'Command Prompt' and choose 'Run as Administrator'. A command prompt window appears
  
• Type sfc /scannow and hit Enter key
  
• Let the SFC scan to finish (It will automatically detect corrupt system files and will replace them with new ones from the cache)

OK. Update on solution found: The problem was resolved by going into settings and then into programs, finding C++ distribution software, selecting "Modify" and then selecting "Repairs". Once C++ is repaired, the issue goes away. I found multiple threads on this, but none of those proposed solution worked. So, repair C++ if you ever get this issue.
