scum freeze when connect to server

Hi everyone. Install scum after a lot of time, play 5-6 hours in solo game. Later my friend download too and we go find server. When i connect to any server, after some 30 seconds game freeze and in windows have status "not responding". In solo game all okay.

My config

i9-9900k
1080 8gb
32gb
game install on m2 ssd
internet have 600mbit channel

help me pls, i wanna play...
P.S. When i buy game some monthes ago, all was okay.

1 Can you please write your PC specifications, please?
2 How much ping do you usually have when joining a server?
3 Did you try multiple private/official servers or just a few?
4 When the game does freeze, how do you turn it off?
5 Is your GPU perhaps overclocked and do you have the latest drivers installed?

1 write in a post
2 ping 20-30
3 try to game on private server and on offical, same freezes
4 i can turn it off only with windows task manager, after freeze can's use escape, and alt+f4 don't work too
5 gpu, cpu and ram didn't overclocked. Drivers are latest.

Reinstalled all soft for game to latest versions. Directx, ms visual c++, net framework. Problem staying..

Okay guys, i reinstall WINDOWS, download only all drivers, steam and scum. Freezes stayed.

Hello. Yes, i use router, upnp on, windows version now 2004 (try 1909, 1809) - same problem. My friends use 1809 and all works.
i change 144ghz to 60 ghz too. not work.
i am in desperation.

yes, after installing windows updates download too.

Continue? I try to play on different servers, private, offical, same freeze everywhere. In solo game all work well. After freeze i can't do anything, only open task manager and kill game process.
