(Help) Scum blurry/low res textures

Hi guys i got a problem with the grapich in the game, last year the game runs fine for me and now i got all the textures with low res/blurry and my settings are medium high, the game is running in a ssd, there is a way to fix that? or is my pc? xd

ryzen 5 3600
gtx 960 2gb
16gb ram
in a m2 240gb

the problem maybe is the graphics card, is a 960 2gb but before the rider update the game runs grat for me in medium or high settings, a new gpu is too expensive for me right now :(

Unfortunately, I fear that the 960GTX with 2GB is the problem here. 2GB is unfortunately a bit too little and the PC can have significant problems with the rendering.
(But I also notice with my 960GTX with 4GB that it is slowly but surely getting "old" ^^")

Try the following:

Set the graphics presets to the lowest value. Then see how well it runs in the game. Here you can then work your way up bit by bit to see how much the GPU can keep up.

yeah the gpu is for sure the problem, but i cant affort a new gpu here where i live, about the presets i test all the settings but the textures wont load at all, but well :( thanks for help me <3

Have you already tried reducing the render resolution as well? That could definitely do something. With my GPU, it gets a good 10-12 FPS and the general loading speed is also significantly better.

I would suggest trying it once at 80.

yeah, im gonna try a few more things to see if i can fix it, something that i forget to mention is in the game menu, there the game looks great! in medium or high settings but when i load the game all the textures gone blurry/low res xd

You might also try the experimental DX12 and Vulkan startup options. Some have reported that this helped with the textures. Using the play button from inside the Steam library will give you the options.

Hey there OP, just to add to this if someone with a newer GPU faces the same issue, you can adjust "TEXTURE QUALITY" and "TEXTURE MEMORY" the higher setting it's set to, the more memory from your GPU it will allocate to render the textures.

Protip: The game is kind of blurry naturally at this stage. Enable your GPU software's "Sharpening" effect. I know this doesn't have to do with textures but it makes edges actually look normal.
