Merging all mic-issue threads to this thread

If you're already positive it's set to default and if it works in other applications
Try

• Shift-Tab to engage Steam Overlay and check your mic options in settings
  
• In Steam overlay, also make sure the mic is selected
  
• Verify Game Files (If working in other games)
  
• Update windows update and drivers. (Sounds silly, but sometimes work)
  
  Make sure to check the "Enable push to talk"-option

PTT not working

I tried rebinding it, restarting game and push to talk just won't work for me.

Push to Talk does Not work

I cant push to Talk, even its activated and im pressing The right button.. i got an USB microphone and an usb headset without Microphone, maybe thats The Problem?

How do you know it isn't working? I used it earlier, quite a few times. Thing is, it doesn't show that you ARE using it, but the other person hearing you is indeed hearing you. Hope this helps.

The game won't recognise my microphone?

My mic works in windows and other games but not inside SCUM. Yes i've checked my PTT settings and whatnot.

Default key is B, and you have a green icon in bottom left corner that turns green when PTT is active

Yep I did that and it still doesn't work. When I hold b it doesn't even light up and yes I made sure it was enabled in settings

Voice chat not working

Voice chat not working. I have my mic working normally in everything else. But not on here. Anyone else having this issue?

After The update Yesterday you got an Icon in The left bottom which should turn green when talking.

The microphone icon only lights up green when you talk while pushing the button.
