The UE4-SCUM Game has crashed and will close
I get this error anytime I try to launch the game, so I never got to even try it.

I verified cache, reinstall the game, tried different nvidia drivers, everything with restarts in between.

Specs:
i5 7600
nvidia 1060 6gb
asus b250 mb
16gb of ram
ssd

That GPU is incapable of running this game, minimum required is a GTX 960 and you have a GTX 650 Ti.

Have the same problem.
My GPU is Radeon HD 7870 2 Gb. Other hardware is not new: AMD 6300, 8 Gb RAM, Win7x64.

The game won't run on this GPU?

I need the file "GameUserSettings.ini"
I did not start my game yet because of the error
I can only recommend uninstalling your gpu drivers and install them again. The crashlog says there is an issue with the gpu and the drivers. If that won't work i hope a dev can help with this or in their next patch it might be fixed.

I did this procedure and nothing

Can you post the crashlog? "\AppData\Local\SCUM\Saved\Logs"

^ most likely stressing out the GPU too much, try lowering the option, Render Resolution. Set an FPS limit too, I'll recommend 60 so your GPU won't be utilized at a constant 100% the game tends to crash when it does. Also keep in mind that GPU overclocks crash the game too.
Mine got solved, I uninstalled my GPU drivers using DDU ( look it up on google ), reinstalled everything ( geforce experience, hd audio, etc ) and installed th esoftware for my gpu ( in my case Asus GPU tweak ). after that I was able to enter the options menu and turn settings to low because on epic sometimes it would crash for some reason.

And btw I have an Overclock on the GPU and never get crashes now.

If your logs fail with error 8876017C this might fix it:

Try to disable integrated graphics in Device Manager (requires admin privs)

This helps for starting the game indeed! However after that you are stuck in window mode with no way to revert it...
