CHINESE PROBLEM IN EUROPEAN SERVERS

I play in "SCUM Server Official #1 - Europe Solo / Duo" (5.9.115.49:7062) but this describes every single official european server i've played at for the past 3 years .

Right now, a significant portion of players on European servers are coming from China, probably 85%+, creating a frustrating experience.
Many engage in coordinated play on solo servers, undermining fair competition.
Worse, there's frequent toxicity in chat, including racial slurs directed at other players.

Is there any plan to address this? Possible solutions could include restricting chat to non-chinese letters, implementing better regional matchmaking, or taking action against coordinated groups in solo queues. The current situation is making official servers unplayable for many of us.

I had three motorbikes hidden in different locations, and they stayed untouched for days—until I responded to certain players in global chat. Right after that, all three bikes disappeared in no time. The pattern is too obvious to ignore.

I wasn’t killed in-game, so there was no way anyone could have checked my BCU tag or tracked me that way. Yet somehow, right after I responded in global chat, players knew exactly who I was and where I was hiding my bikes. They even referred to me as "the guy from the cement factory."
Also I have never killed or shot someone (or seen anyone outside traders) .

If you notice anything suspicious, it is best to report it to SCUM Support[scum.help.jagex.com]. This also includes racism, insults and other inappropriate behavior as this will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

You can also report it in-game via the ESC menu. Add as much relevant information as possible. This will allow an investigation into the incident.
