DLC character and servers

When I don't want to use character DLC, I untag them from SCUM properties in Steam Library page. But it seems not working as I spawn with Luis Moncada, even if I disable both of them or just that one, keeping Danny Trejo on.

Am I missing something?

And is there a way to activate/deactivate them per server?

Hey :),

If you previously played with one of the DLC characters and want to disable them mid game while beeing one of the DLC characters it wont work. The Characters are in the game, even if you do not own the DLC's but access is only granted to the ones with DLC's purchased.

To not spawn with the respective gear/Character you will need tochange your appearance at the Plastic Surgeon.
Also there is no Disable option to specifically disable DLC characters for specific servers.

I re-launched SCUM after disabling DLCs but nothing changed.
You mean that, If I create a character on a server with DLC on, I will use that DLC for the rest of the character life? I mean, I will respawn with that DLC even if I disable it after a while?

I asked that cause sometimes in some server DLC are forbidden or for some logic / reason we need to have the basic respawn clothing as you'll get a "kit" each time you respawn that is bounded to basic character gear (battle royal or other special servers).

If you have selected one of the DLC Characters you will spawn with this character in question. You need to change to a "Regular" prisoner at the palstic surgeon in order to spawn "Normal" and without DLC gear.

In battle royal or tournament server you can't move freely around. You just spawn inside an area and fight. So in these cases, it's not a option to me to go to outpost and change my spawn state.

I would contact the relevant admin to ask if he would like to do something temporarily. Otherwise, if the general interactions and possibilities of the island are limited, you don't really have any choice but to create a new character. =/ sadly nothing that can be done about it, if the admin dissalow it.

Thanks DW. In most cases it's faster to create a new character.
It wasn't clear to me how DLCs works. as I don't usually use them in official servers.
