No Skill Wipe

When you are new on a Server, you are a Victim. Everyome who plays the Game daily, for Months or Years, got ingame Skills like Strength, Dexterity and Constitution, you can not mass with. You need to grind over 1000 Hours to compensate this and this is not like a Game to be, in my Opinion.
After a Patch/Wipe , the Skillpoints arent wiped and the People running around with max Camoflage, Melee Weapon/Distance Weapon Skills and shooting like dirty Harry, punshing like Rocky Balboa, camoflaged liked Sam fisher, are silanced like Solid Snake and it is impossible hard, for a new One to have a competitve Fight against a long Time Player. For me,who loves competitve Games, it is a no go.
Its like a looser MMORPG with Survival Elements.
Even Tarkov does it better like Scum, with a Full Wipe every half Year.

personally disagree,
why should players lose the time and effort they have put into developing their characters just because a new player joins.
we put the effort in and new players should also put the effort, its no different from a player with 1000s of hrs joining a new server.
its all about survival
but thats just my opinion

lol.. skills in pvp really dont matter once you have an automatic rifle. Or use tactics. I loot a cargo drop and return to my car , open the locked door thinking I got away and at that moment, a patient player hiding in the bushes blasts me. takes all the loot and my car.

The gold... this will be an issue on the next wipe, exploits or not if gold and fame are retained, players in big squads can go straight to the trader and buy every working vehicle on the map as well as enough padlocks to lock them all. hopefully, fame is always wiped.

Once it hits 1.0 we well be in for the long haul unless server owners choose to do wipes.

pretty sure only gold will remain, fame i believe will always wipe ( could be wrong, thats just my understanding) and thankfully they have made fame harder to get so that now big groups will still have to put in the hard yards before going to trader

1.0 WILL most likely wipe EVERYTHING
just to be fair to people who might be getting it on ACTUAL launch day
and to make sure EVERYTHING works
it just makes sense..... so enjoy it while we can

I've played scum for over a month and died in more ways than you can imagine. C2 infection and being naked from using all clothes for bandages, puppets were difficult, dying to bears and wolves too many times.

Yesterday in the game, I shot a bear, urinated on the carcass, and drove off, which felt good. I'm not going to lie, these are things I couldn't achieve last month.

Doing a monthly or bi-yearly total wipe would be a disaster and no reason to punish players with more hours

In 2 Month is the Game dead again (max 4000 Players) because of this. When all the new Buyers realize, how the Game works and have no Chances against long Time Players, there will leave the Game for sure. No one likes big Advantages from your Enemys in a PvP Game, because of Time the Enemey has invested like in a Loser MMORPG.

In my Opinion this will be ok, when there hard Wipe after a half Year or maybe more, so every have a Chance to level up and is not forced to play lifelong 1 Game and nothing other to be the King in One pathetic Game.

The Medic Skill alone is so powerfull in PvP, this is unbelievable Stupid.

I'm aware of, that People which wasted his Life in a Game on One Server, never want to give up his big Advantage, this is complety normal for People there ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up in any other Game and need this Advantage for his personal Ego. This Thread is not adressed to People like this.

The game hasnt averaged under 4k players since 2020, when stats were wiped with major updates.

it takes months possibly a year to get some stats to 5 Hard no on wiping the stats... Im not a pvp player but i can tell you stats has nothing to do with pvp once you get a good weapon. i hate to say this to you but i kinda have to... GET GOOD

Keeping stats is the best of both worlds since servers can choose to have a hard wipe cycle or keep stats. There is no reason to force people all into the same box on this.

Only Private Servers. I am talking about Offial Servers. On Private Servers, the People can do what there want, in my Opinion. And the Private Servers got all "high Loot" and other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Settings like this. No thank you.

In the Time, where the Servers and Stats are Wiped, i was Number 2 on EU 3 Official, for Weeks. Never killed by a Player and living over 24 Days on a Full Server, i didnt think, you or any other can compare with that. ;)

And to tell "Stats have nothing to to with PvP" makes me thinking, you are not a very smart Guy. You cant ignore the Advantage of everything you got, with high Skills or you just dont understand the Mechanics in this Game.
And im not only talking about PvP. The Same with Bases. A Tiny Group of new Players can not Build a Base, because everyone got thievery and Demolition on Max.

To say "Stast have nothing to do with anything" is just stupid and this is Phrase that comes von this longtime Player, i am talking from. Get real Skill Mate and dont hope for Time you are invest, is saving you.

Insulting people on a thread like this is also dumb, not gonna achieve anything but getting yourself banned... Maybe you should take the time level your stats and be the best Pvp person on 1 server.. I have over 3000 hours on this game been playing since day 1.. This game was never meant to be a Full on pvp game with nothing else its just what it became.. I praise the devs for changing this, I payed for a Survival game not a BR Pvp Shooter... Again Devs have pointed out Stats will Very rarely be wiped

I dont care about youre Opionion, because you are one of this Lo#### who needs this Advantage and you would leave, when the Devs take it from you.
And the Stats dont effect only the PvP Aspect in this game.
I dont know, how farming and using exploits making this Game with the Stats to a real Survival Game but okaaaay.
I buyed the Game on Day one too but dont played it 3000 Hours. :D
BTW: I am only talking about Official Servers, not Privte once, there can do what there want with.
