refilling fuel not working

so first off i would like to mention i am playing singleplayer and have the bank card in my inventory. for some reason i cant refill fuel in my car or in cans from the gas station. i can, however refuel the car with a gas can. what is causing this? singleplayer server settings or something else.

Was still fuel inside of the Vehicle before the patch and is still fuel inside of the Vehicle left ?

@Deathwhisper i have tried multiple vehicles. 1 i spawned in and drove until i found a wrecked one which i pushed to the nearest gas station. both dont fill with fuel from the gas station, both can refill from gas canisters.

I saw messages saying you can't refill anything with gas from gas station anymore. Yes even gas cannisters. You pay, but you have nothing in return.

yes i made some changes to server settings but none that should interfere with refueling at gas stations. i will reinstall the game to see if that fixes it and put results in this post. its not really game breaking but i do need to buy or spawn in gas canisters frequently to refuel.

dev's already said they are working on the issue in one of the other 50 posts about it. So im fairly sure your uninstall/reinstall wont work...

The only way for now to avoid this bug is to buy cannisters full of fuel from the safezones...

They already say that for LOT bugs from 2018, how can you still have faith in them like that?

same. however, refilling the vehicle works.
the only thing not working is adding fuel to something from either a small or regular sized jerry cans. i am also not able to refill gas to any type of canisters. i ended up spending too much money thinking maybe it isnt enough. but when i check, it says its empty.

i even emptied the jerry can when it was full cuz maybe its a bug, so theres a waste right there -_-.

EDIT: its fixed now. there was a quick nonscheduled hotfix. it wasnt only fuel, it was any canisters that held liquid.
