Clarification on EncounterCharacterRespawnTimeMultiplier & Base Respawn Times
Can the dev team confirm if the EncounterCharacterRespawnTimeMultiplier setting still works as intended in the current version?

Specifically:

-Are the base respawn times for both puppets and human NPCs in LTZ/MTZ still between 60–120 seconds?
-Is the HTZ base value still 0–0.5 seconds?
-Does the multiplier apply linearly (e.g. 100 = 100× base time)?
-Do human NPCs follow the exact same respawn logic and zone weighting as puppets?
-Have there been any undocumented changes to respawn logic (like batching, caching, or altered base timers) in recent patches?

We’re trying to balance difficulty on custom servers, but without up-to-date or reliable documentation, it’s difficult to understand what’s actually happening under the hood. An official clarification on how respawn timing currently works — especially for human NPCs — would be appreciated.
