Local hosted private - ports forwarded - "Connection failed"

Hey all,

Made my own local server, pass-worded, port-forwarded, all that shiz, can't connect.

Tried Localhost, 127.0.01, local ip (192.168.1**) and public. No luck.

Port is 7777 but I forwarded 7777-7779 and have steam ports open too. No luck.

I also have the MS loop back installed. Any idea what this is?

In short: Start your Scum Server with a .bat file - not directly via Steam.
