I got ban by EAC but i doesn't use any sus program

Why i got banned
Last time i login this game is about 3-4 years but tomorrow i login for played multiplayer when i join any server text"you got banned" i never used cheat and sus program.

I'm not sure if it's relevant.My steam was hacked 2-3 months ago.

I contact to scum support they say try appeal to EAC.

but EAC need reference ID how can i find it.
