SCUM
LOL, how to complete "The Blues" Quest???
As my "Grave yard" quest was a flop, I took on "The Blues" Quest.

Instructions: "Every police station has a bunch of surveillance cameras...I need someone to pull a wire or two..."
Requirements: Disable 3 Satellites, erase data from 9 cameras

Seems simple enough, right?

I'm on the roof of the police station in Prkno. There's only one satellite:
- I stand next to the satellite and point at it. No UI response.

- I've got pliers in my hand and point at the satellite...as well as everything else that is electrical on the roof too. No UI response. I do the same thing with a crow bar and a drill. No UI response.

- This next part has me laughing continuously. I've got my MAC-10 out, shooting at everything electrical and generating a symphony of clangs, tings and clunks! Having a grand old time but...no UI response and the satellite is not disabled. LOL

- Now I take out my trusty crow bar and proceed to point at and then bang everything electrical on the roof top. Still no UI response and the satellite is not disabled. So I take out my trusty drill and repeat the process. I'm producing a wonderful cacophony of sounds that now has me laughing but....still no UI response and the satellite is not disabled.

On the outside, I appear to be thoroughly entertained at the ruckus I'm making now.

- I proceed inside the police station and repeat the above process on everything that even remotely looks electrical. No UI response. So far, the satellite, camera/tv's have withstood my brutal assault on them. Honestly, I'm in total awe of the engineering skills that went into manufacturing all this military grade equipment.

The Scum dev's have me out-foxed and stymied. Inside, I feel totally dejected and defeated. I'm obviously over-thinking this, right?

Alas, I must turn to my fellow community of Scum brothers/sisters and again, I meekly and humbly ask for your assistance to solve yet another mystery of Scum island.

What is the secret to disabling the satellites and erasing the camera? For this valuable information I promise to stitch together all your rabbit slippers, bras and willy warmers for a full year.

May i ask is it single player? I've done this particular quest many times and it is really simple. You don't need any tools or anything you just go to the police station and go up to the camera or satelitte on the roof and press E i believe. Everything is highlighted. Some of the cameras are a bit high up on the wall so you might have to jump while aiming for it and press E, a bit wonky but not hard at all. I've read that it seems to be a bug with some of the trader missions in Single player.

Yes, I'm in SP mode and nothing was highlighted. Pressing "E"? Why "E" when the core of the game is centered around "F"?

But thanks for the tip. Now I'm dashing off like Santa's reindeer to dance and prance around the local police rooftop in a quest for my prize.

And, if this works out, I'm a man of my word. Get your rabbit slippers, willy warmers and...ahhh, ahem....bras....ready for mending. I've collected a zillion improvised sewing kits and will put them to good use making all your "gear" looking as new as the new year!

Will let you know in short time if "E" is the mystery solver I've been looking for.

Just a heads up, if you hadn't noticed, I'm having a bit of fun here in the game and in this forum/group.

Cheers and Happy New Years!

@TeamBreezy

Looks like you are going to have to mend your rabbit slippers, willy warmers and bras on your own. And looks like I will have to cancel a second quest. Nothing becomes highlighted when I go to the satellite and cameras. I'm probably the first to say this but Scum looks a little buggy.

Having said this, now I'm really annoyed with you. You did not warn me NOT to jump up to the camera next to the window on the second floor. In my excitement at finding an answer to this mystery, I ended up jumping OUT the window and got a C1 injury. Now I won't mend your rabbit slippers even if you beg me. Note, don't take this seriously and have a laugh with me.

Cheers
