had players chatting yesterday that they could not see other players on map. it was all one specific language and I had to translate. Map was all white for them. multiple agreed.

my map was fine, so guess it's coz I have legit game version or not running other software. OFC no one should be able to see other players on map..

when replying and they suddenly knew that I knew what they were saying, one player replied "Thank you for help, its fixed now" lol, I gave no help.

i don't even need to list the server.. it's basically all officials.

And listing as we know is not gonna change anything.

This doesn't necessarily have to involve "cheats", because here in the forum too, it's not uncommon to hear the statement that you can't see any players on the map. This is a way of saying that you can't meet any other players because the map of the game world just seems too big.

In this case, you also have to remember that the translation isn't always accurate and a lot of things can often sound very questionable, depending on the translator.

The white card syndrome has also been reported in the forums and is a problem that, as far as I know, can occur quite randomly, but hasn't happened to me yet.

If in doubt, it helps to ask whether it's an acute problem and advise you to make a request to support or here in the forum to point out any problems or for feedback in general.

White card? They were saying the map was all white. But anyway, you are probably correct. Translation tools are not really that accurate.

Actually a prime example XD. Of course, map is meant. Not Card.

It's possible that they were referring to a buggy occurrence that can crop up for some players where the map of the island would be entirely white. We're aware of that issue and will be fixing it as soon as possible.

That was what i also thought about in first place. :)
