Report a translation problem
As others have pointed out, you need a jack to do this. Use it to put the vehicle into service mode by aiming at the vehicle while holding the jack and pressing "F".
If the vehicle is in service mode, you can see which parts are damaged. This is displayed in different color levels. You can also disassemble the parts to see the exact condition on the inventory screen.
To repair you need a vehicle repair set. Depending on the severity of the damage, this can use up more or less charges.
