Make sure the vehicle has an Alternator installed. Without one your vehicle will not charge battery's that are installed. The best way to check is putting the vehicle into Service mode by using a Car Jack. Hold the Jack in your hands, hold "F" to aim at the vehicle and select "Put in Service Mode" in the context menu. Now every missing part will beshown aswell as damaged parts.
As long as the devices are activated, they will draw energy accordingly. While driving, the value will drop minimally as long as an alternator is installed. In order to charge the battery properly, the vehicle's lamps must be deactivated.
There are currently no radios for vehicles, these are still in the "workshop" of the modular vehicles. :)
