I'm sure they will be okay if you don't play until 1.0,.... or even after for that matter. They've made so much money, they will never work as hard as they did to come up with the game and get it to where it is. Good video game production is over,.... go ahead name some trashcans you consider to be quality games in the last 5 years.
Everybody just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it, and I get it, that's all you can do. At what point do you realize it doesn't matter though and just live your life and play the game if you choose to?
They will update and release however they want to,... don't you see these guy's "dev" updates". lmao. It's like a group of teenagers own it and make decisions over there. Pretty much the exact same with every game company now,.... heads are just too big for their business.
I blame fortnite. lol.
I TRUE piece of ♥♥♥♥ game.
Deadside has kinda what your looking for, but barely survival elements except food and drink.
Too many do, in my opinion it's a little lazy to just add NPCs and give them guns, some games have their own spin on NPCs though which can be refreshing, like The Forest or Green Hell, but just a bunch of NPCs shooting at you in a survival game is a little cheap to me, luckily though SCUM could get away with this as it is less of a secluded island (like the mentioned games) and more of an inhabited island (or recently was at least) where looting is king and survival is more of an optional side quest that just pops up once in a while, armed NPCs sort of makes more sense with SCUM, but I'd like to see more of a survival focus first than just more things to shoot at.
Def need more things to shoot at. PVP fights can be few and far between. Shooting stupid zombies gets old. Having Ai around to get in shoot outs with now and then will keep things live. Fire fights are where the fun is for alot of people and theres not enough of them. Also having difficult but not too difficult of npcs will make for more survivable firefights that dont consist of being sniped by a barret from 900m away. Also I would like to play scum in single player at times but wont because theres no human enemies to fight, just invincible robots and zombies. I just hope they make the NPCs dynamic, not necessarily roaming all over the map in high numbers bogging the server down. But spawned in ways that gives the illusion that the can be and come from anywhere. They should patrol around roads and towns, maybe camp police stations and not just be spawned at high level POIs only. Aswell as have tiers too them, a band of thugs with pistols looting the police station. Soldiers guarding a bunker with solid kit. Some mid tier bandits setting up road blocks on random roads.
