A bug or a hacker.
Our car which is in a garage locked with a BSU lock and an additional door with 3 gold locks magically without touching the locks someone has entered and put a gold lock on the car. The garage even has additional metal walls.

Is the BCU lock active? Arw you sure nobody managed to sneak in and log out when and while you were building?
If you're on the SCUM official discord - before you remove the lock, report it and a game server admin could come check the name of who put the lock on your car and then investigate how they did it - so if there's no reasonable way they could've entered your base they will see who did it and can at least keep an extra eye on the person unless they ban him/her.

I'm sure. I've had enough playtime to know. The strange thing is that the car has an open hood, like I found it in some city.

If you suspect illegal activity, please contact SCUM Support[scum.help.jagex.com] directly with as much and comprehensive information as possible about the incident so that an investigation can be initiated.

This could be a bug because everything is very strange. Now the hood of the car is open. Some hacker has entered through the wall and put a lock or this is a bug. Now no one will do anything and I lost a car with screwdrivers in it....

I would've still made a report on the official discord as well. And just fyi it is possible to see in the server logs who put the lock on when you lock pick it, but it's just very fast done if they would just get on admin drone and do a quick check and see the crrent car owner's name which wouldn't be you atm

Honestly, I'm tired of dealing with nonsense. Most likely this is another bug....

I got a reply that they don't have enough information to check. I wrote the server and the exact time and location of my garage! It's now clear why the game has such bugs. The developers can't find my base after I gave the coordinates and time...

I'm asking someone to take action because this is probably a bug and instead of checking, they're sending a copy-paste response.

Post all the info in the #Cheater-reports channel on the official Scum discord. There are official game server admins there who can take a look and at least check the name on the lock of your vehicle to see who it was - and they can go from there:
