Where did all the Cheese go?

Now im finding only bread instead of cheese. Before it was the opposite. So whats the point? xD

I dont find any of them in kitchens of villages and towns. I found like 6 bread at kitchens and not one single cheese :( But for me the whole looting system is kinda questionable.
