How to refill used sandbags?
I tried to find out but did not succeed. When you use a sandbag it is empty and with a shovel you should be able to refill it. What do I have to do?

You combine the empty sandbag with a shovel and craft a full sandbag (check the recipes, or right click on the sandbag with the shovel in your hand and it should give you the option to).
When using the sandbag - leave it on the ground so that you can re-use it. If you use it from inventory they will vanish when emptied

You combine the empty sandbag with a shovel and craft a full sandbag (check the recipes, or right click on the sandbag with the shovel in your hand and it should give you the option to).

Sorry for misunderstanding. I want to know how to refill an empty bag once used?

Leaving it on the ground was the trick. THX!
