I once made one of the spears with the dil on the end.
Not only did in not damage any pups, it called them to me!!!
Also, Bunny confirmed back then, its a joke item.

I seem to find them most often on armoured police puppets of all things.

dilldo with a rare chance can drop from the puppets. with a rare chance, a character can poop a dildo, 1 time after the character's resurrection, if you have purchased DLC. also, a dildo can be found in the killbox, a set of pink camouflage clothing, a pink gas mask, pink shoes and rope.

It is in the game I can confirm that all the times with dildo are, you just need to craft it yourself to have it. :)

I found a dildo some months ago. I tried to threw it into my neighbors house. I failed and hit the wall, the dildo bounced back, hit my head and i got killed instantly....i hate dildos. :D

I already had the dubious pleasure of finding it in the looted inventory of Puppets and under circumstances that were definitely beyond description. I think inside buildings or loot boxes, I've only managed it once. In total, there are only around 4 pieces that I have ever collected anyway.

ive only found a couple myself. First one was off a puppet and 2nd was in a random garage on the floor.
