Admin player/droid instant switch?
It there a way for an admin to instant switch between normal "player" mode and "droid" mode?
I mean without going back to main menu, press Ctrl+D en log back in again.
Is there a command for it?

Nope:
A logout to main menu is required going either way into drone or back to player mode.

They might see it quicker if you post your idea in the suggestions forum.

a quick change is not possible and would not work well either because both instances, i.e. the player character and the admin drone, function very differently, which doesn't really allow for an on-the-go change.

Sometimes a quick change is needed if you see sus players.
